Item Return Policy:

All payments are for services rendered by Patent Drafting Services, LLC. Patent Drafting Services does not sell a product of any kind and only sells services for graphic illustrations. All files associated with this service can be electronically delivered as agreed to prior to services rendered. If you have a dispute for any charges, you are entitled to a full refund minus any fees or costs associated with the transaction. Any refund must be agreed to by PDSLLC or Mark Criddle prior to any transaction claim processed with credit card processing company.

Pricing Policy:

All Services rendered are billed at the rates listed on the Price List page. You can also obtain a quotation by phone prior to any drafting/illustration services. You will be invoiced for either the agreed quote or at the rates and descriptions shown on the price list page.

PDSLLC agrees to a total non-disclosure of any services rendered for all intellectual property. If you would like to have PDSLLC sign your non-disclosure form, please email your non-disclosure agreement to mcriddle@patentdraftingservices.com for signature. PDSLLC will return the signed agreement via email or fax for your records.
